Routes can only be removed from your COROS watch by deleting them through the COROS smartphone app, which then syncs the change to your device. For plans that are no longer active on your watch, or ones you’ve simply saved in the app, the deletion process is a little different. As usual, Coros has ticked off several small-scale features in its progress toward those offered by Garmin – things like reversing a route and map contours are a great, but long overdue addition. Contrast that to the POI syncing from Apple Maps, a feature competitors are also working on this year. This release’s separate but significant aspect addresses security flaws in COROS’s Bluetooth stack.

By connecting your watch to Runna, you’ll be able to upload all workouts to it and get live coaching during each training session, so that you can simply concentrate on the run. Build up your speed and endurance with the perfect mix of threshold workouts, long runs, and easy sessions – all adapted to your current performance and goals. Use our optional strength training program to improve your running economy further and reduce the risk of injury. Even if you have no equipment, we’ve got dozens of bodyweight exercises for runners.

The “Coros Training API” has slightly reduced support for sports. Other workouts, such as mountaineering or hiking, are not supported. Disconnecting COROS and Runkeeper will stop activities from being automatically imported into Runkeeper from COROS.

Where can I find the synchronised workouts?

You can now delete unwanted activities from your COROS watch, rather than having to use the app. This can be done immediately upon finishing an activity, or later on when browsing a workout through your training history. This enables you to focus on your performance exclusively and make the most of each session, improving your speed and endurance week after week. If you switch plans or edit your current plan, we’ll automatically update all workouts for you. The future unlocked weeks of your Runna plan will automatically sync with your COROS app and watch.

WORKOUTS

The very first step you will want to complete is unlocking EvoLab with a 25-minute uninterrupted road run. Our sports science platform requires this preliminary data to get to know you and provide accurate metrics. Once unlocked, EvoLab will continue to refine its accuracy as you complete more activities and gather more data. Use it to is madmuscles a scam manage your device, and sync your data to get in-depth performance analytics.

Beyond Deletion: Effective Route Management Strategies

If you do activities with a group of people who all use Coros devices, the group tracking mode allows you to see them on a map, with their location updating live. This update also adds their initials to the map, so you can see exactly where an individual is during an activity. You can now have turn-by-turn directions displayed as a data field within activities, so the next instruction on your route is kept on screen rather than only flashing up when you approach to turn. It’s another small but handy update that should keep you on track when following routes. I use the Wahoo TRACKR heart rate monitor mainly as it’s more accurate than /reviews/madmuscles.com the optical sensors on watches and have been caught short of battery in the past when starting a run. Coros makes some of the best sports watches available, and all the devices in its current range just got a little bit better thanks to a free software update you can access through the Coros app.

Plan your workouts, analyze past sessions, and see the full details of your training journey.

If you accidentally delete your activity in the Coros app, you can find it in the ‘recently deleted’ section of the activities page and recover it, so it counts towards all your fitness metrics.

Use our optional strength training program to improve your running economy further and reduce the risk of injury.

The Explore Page is where you can build a route from scratch, mark key waypoints (like water sources or aid stations), and where all your previously created routes are saved.

COROS App 4.0 marks a notable step in the company’s software evolution, combining experience improvements with meaningful functional upgrades across its ecosystem.

I’ve added a workout to my calendar and it show up in Coros. But after removing it from intervals, it does not remove from Coros.

Can’t delete my workouts

Below we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about using maps and routes on your COROS watch or COROS DURA—how to find them, follow them, share them, and adapt them in real time. Apparently the watch only allowed 20 created workout to be sync to the watch. The update also adds the sleep stage REM (Rapid Eye Movement), a crucial piece in the overall picture of sleep quality. The COROS May update improves the accuracy of sleep detection (at night and in the morning) in addition to tracking waking periods in the middle of the night to a higher degree of accuracy. What sets Runna apart is the level of personalization—you can tailor plans to your goals, schedule, and ability, and even integrate them with your smartwatch for seamless tracking. “If you’re looking for a high-quality, structured running app without the hefty price tag of a personal coach, Runna is a game-changer.

An Interview with COROS’ CEO: Product Testing and What Drives Culture

You can sync a new route to your watch or DURA at any time—even during an activity. Just send the route from the app and you’ll be ready to navigate instantly. COROS devices aren’t just meant to track your heart rate and miles, they’re also key in helping you navigate the trails more confidently. Whether you’re chasing finish lines, alpine ridgelines, or checking out some new terrain, learning how to use navigation features helps you train smarter and explore further.

Add nicknames and receive low battery warnings for paired accessories, and see a host of other improvements to Group Tracking, Turn-by-Turn Navigation, and more. I swap between miles and kilometers to track my runs, but always want the temperature to be shown in Celsius, because I’m British and don’t really know what Fahrenheit temperatures mean. This update means I’m less likely to step out into freezing temperatures underdressed for my runs, and I appreciate it. You can generally specify speed, heart rate, cadence and wattage as target zones for your sections when planning your training. I’ve added a workout to my calendar and it show up in Coros. But after removing it from intervals, it does not remove from Coros. Overlay your COROS data such https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_fitness as GPS, elevation, route details, speed, and more directly on your Insta360 footage.

If you spot that you have used the wrong sports mode for an activity once you hit save, you can now change it to the right mode in the Coros app afterwards. You can only change it to a similar activity though and it’s only for running, walking and cycling activities so far. If you delete a planned workout in Tredict, it cannot be removed from the Coros workout plan at the moment. This is a limitation of the Coros API and will be improved by Coros in the future.

Manually delete activities from the watch

Adjusted Pace is a metric displaying an estimation of what COROS calculates your pace would be if running on completely flat ground. This is a nice feature to more easily compare workouts as well as gauge effort level. We have COROS running plans for all distances, from 5k to 250k+ ultra marathons. Prepare for any goal and any distance, ranging from 5ks to marathon races and beyond, or simply pick a maintenance plan to build your endurance and stay in shape.

How to pair COROS with Runna

Though limited to non-training queries, Cara represents COROS’s first step into AI-enhanced assistance. Working out in the pool can be difficult to track with precision, with many different types of strokes and arm movements you may make in an environment where operating a watch is tricky. You can now track Drills, and perform Regular or Send-Off Time intervals during your pool swims, allowing you to easily structure your swim sessions and ensure that your activities are accurately tracked. After any activity, you can easily save your route to the COROS app to use in the future, then share it with friends. Important to note, deleting an activity will also delete it from the COROS app. Once deleted from the watch, there is no way to have it restored.

How do I activate the automatic upload of my scheduled workouts?

You can find the workouts synchronised with Coros in the Coros Training Hub under the training plans. Your Tredict training plan is therefore simply called Tredict Training Plan. This training plan contains the workouts that you have created in your Tredict training calendar. Simply use this training plan in Coros to execute your planned workouts on your Coros watch.

App and User Experience

The gear we train with doesn’t last forever and often requires routine maintenance or replacement. Set a max distance on your shoes to receive a notification when you’ve exceeded it, and track the overall distance for any bikes and shoes directly within the COROS app. Track your gear’s lifespan, get a complete view of your sleep, and record your swims with more precision than ever in our September 2024 Feature Update. These new features are designed to keep you in control of your training and recovery, so you can focus on what really matters—your performance. Drop a pin directly from your device by holding the back button, scroll to “Save Location”, and confirm. These pins are automatically synced to the COROS app so you can view, edit, and manage saved locations long after the activity is over.

By understanding the COROS ecosystem and implementing these practices, you can ensure your watch’s navigation features remain a powerful, uncluttered, and highly effective tool for your training and exploration. Unfortunately it seems that there isn’t much I can do about that. There aren’t API endpoints to see whats there already and get rid of old stuff. So it’s up to Coros to delete Intervals.icu workouts that are not in the latest plan. With 20 years of testing Garmin wearables and competing in triathlons at an international age-group level, I provide expert insights into fitness tech, helping athletes and casual users make informed choices.
